Return Policy – RUHKÉ
RUHKÉ accepts change-of-mind returns within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, customers must contact customerserviceruhke@gmail.com within the return period. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee applies
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact RUHKÉ immediately if there is an issue so we can assess and resolve it in accordance with ACL.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to bank processing times. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact customerserviceruhke@gmail.com, WhatsApp 0481838213.
RUHKÉ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
